In view of the continued growth and spread of new coronaviruses in Europe, it is expected that the exhibition company has recently conducted multiple evaluations of the exhibition and has decided to postpone the Light + Building exhibition. The most important exhibition in the field of international lighting and building technology will be held in mid-to-late September 9th, 2020. The exhibition partners, ZVEI and ZVEH, also support this decision. The emergence of a new coronavirus infection in Italy last week and a new round of assessment analysis initiated by urban public health surveillance may lead to multiple health checks for guests from China. Implementation will be a challenge for the projection exhibition center. Divided by that, more travel restrictions will also occur for business opportunities and spectator travel. Therefore, the organizer has now decided to postpone the Light + Building exhibition. This decision has been supported by all Light + Building partners, including electrical installation systems and the German Electrical and Electronic Engineering Industry Center Association Lighting Working Group (ZVEI) and the German Electrotechnical Association. (ZVEH), numerous associations from Italy also support the decision. In addition to Germany, the main groups of entrants and visitors are guests from China and Italy.
New date: Light + Building will be held in September 2020
